Mother Rosa B. Johnson

Mother Rosa B. Johnson, 97, of 312 E. New Hope Road Apt. H. passed from labor to reward Tuesday morning in the Kitty Askins Hospice Center. She was born July 19, 1914 to the late Robert and Mozella Coston Brown. Mother Johnson was preceded in the silent halls of death by her beloved husband Jacob Woodley and a daughter Hazel Woodley. Her life and legacy will be celebrated Saturday at 11 AM at the Upper Room Church of Deliverance. Her grandson Bishop James Woodley will officiate. Her mortal frame will be laid to rest in the Wayne Memorial Park. Beautiful memories are left to her son, Walter Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren Bishop James Woodley, Janice Woodley of Goldsboro; Ronald Johnson of Hampton, VA; Sister Mildred Davis of Goldsboro; A host of other loving relatives and friends.
