She was born on January 30, 1959, in Hopkins County, Kentucky, to John Wayne Mackey and Laura Belle Hall.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Rev. Ernie Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Memorial Services, Inc. Burial will take place at a later date in Kentucky.
